Roberto Martínez is a Director of Performance and founder of ELICTI Sports Consultancy, currently based in Qatar, with experience across professional football in the Middle East, Europe and Africa.
His work spans performance leadership within clubs and institutions, individual support for elite athletes, and international competition environments including the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup.
He also contributes to professional education as a lecturer in sports performance, connecting applied practice with sports science and decision-making.
